HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts run an annual series of supplier event road shows and participate in a range of hotel industry exhibitions and events, in order to promote the HotelREZ portfolio and raise brand awareness of the HO chain code.
We encourage hotel participation at all types of events, as this is a great way for us to present individual hotel property details and facilities directly to key agency, MICE and corporate bookers.
Supplier Events
Participate in supplier events to help build personal relationships with agency bookers.
Our road shows will take you into key corporations, business and leisure agencies as well as many of the largest MICE planners in the industry. Events range from one day to one week of appointments, located in key cities, and can include a mixture of 1 to 1 meetings, presentations and office walk rounds.
Access to these agencies is often limited to hotel representation companies, like HotelREZ, who have set up preferred partnerships. We encourage hotels to take brochures or promotional gifts to leave behind, thus reminding the agents of your hotel.

Hotel Industry Events & Exhibitions
HotelREZ participate in many of the world’s leading hotel industry events and exhibitions. Our members are encouraged to participate alongside us. Many of these shows generate significant incremental revenue, but for independent hotels or small chains it can be cost-prohibitive to participate directly.
Our stand share programme works very successfully to reduce individual hotels’ cost of participation, and increase the number of events that our members are able to attend.
